Book Your Party at Swing City!

Swing City Birthday Party Terms and Conditions

​Thank you for booking your birthday party with Swing City! To ensure your celebration runs smoothly, please review and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Booking and Deposit:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your party reservation.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of the event prior to its start.

• Party Package Details

  • 2 hours of event time. Additional hours can be added at a rate of $75 per hour.

  • Access to 1 party room, lawn games, and 1 batting cage.

  • 3 pizzas (choice of pepperoni or cheese)

    • Accommodation for up to 12 children. Each additional child is $20.

• Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • The deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking if rescheduled at least 7 days prior to the original party date.

• Additional Charges:

  • $75 will be charged for each additional hour beyond the included 2 hours.

  • $20 will be charged for each additional child beyond the 12 included in the package.

• Liability Waiver:

  • Swing City is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the event.

  • Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for the children and their behavior during the party.

• General Rules:

  • Decorations are allowed but must be approved by Swing City staff and removed after the event.

  • No outside food or beverages are permitted except for a birthday cake or approved by Swing City Staff

• All attendees must follow facility rules and staff instructions.
